Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp burnt sugar flavoring

Directions:

  1. Creme butter brown sugar and peanut butter together
  2. Add flour oatmeal baking soda salt water ahnd flavoring.
  3. Place 1/2 dough into greased 9x13 pan.
  4. Spread jam over dough.
  5. Top with remaining dough in balls and flatten out like hamburgers press into preserves bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
