Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • filling
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese...soft
  • 5 cups milk
  • 3 (3-3/8oz) package instant french vanilla pudding
  • 1 12 oz cool whip
  • melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1/4 cup milk to make drizzle.

Directions:

  1. #1. Pastry Shell: Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water, remove from stove and stir in 1 cup flour. Let cool 5 minutes. Beat in 4 eggs by hand, one at a time. Spread on greased 17x11 3/4 inch cookie sheet. Jelly roll pan is ideal. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. #2. Filling: Beat soft cream cheese with one cup milk for 2 minutes, add 3 pkgs of pudding and 4 cups of milk and beat 2 minutes on low speed. Spread over cooled pastry shell and cover with cool whip and drizzle with melted chocolate....Enjoy!!
