Ingredients:

  • liberal amount of parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pinch of rosemary (about 1/8 tsp.. or to taste)
  • pinch of marjoram (about 1/8 tsp.. or to taste)
  • 1 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 2/3 cup tarragon flavoured red wine vinegar (must be tarragon flavoured)

Directions:

  1. Chop shallots, celery and parsley together until fine as ground coffee (use a food processor)
  2. Combine this mixture with remaining ingredients.
  3. LET STAND SEVERAL hours to blend flavours. (overnight in fridge)
  4. Served well chilled on a salad.
  5. This is a 100% Love-it or 100% Hate-it dressing....
