Ingredients:

  • 1 egg (pasturized if you are skittish or scald the milk and temper the into it, chill)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon (or nutmeg)

Directions:

  1. Whiz everything in a blender and pour into a large glass.
  2. To make it a big milkshake add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mmmm,.
