Kid-Friendly Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Prepare cupcake tins; lightly grease or insert paper liners.
  2. Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer on medium speed until moist and well blended.
  3. Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minute at 350 degrees F.
