Kaye's Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 dash red pepper sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar (or cider)
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan, beat the eggs.
  2. Add the other ingredients except water, whisk well to mix.
  3. Heat slowly over medium heat til starting to thicken.
  4. Add water, keep whisking and heat to desired thickness.
