Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients from turkey to cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt.
  2. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep skillet until hot. Add meatballs and cook, turning, until browned on all sides, in batches if necessary. Remove the meatballs from the skillet.
  4. Add the flour to the drippings in the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  5. Add broth and the remaining 1/4 tsp salt. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
  6. Mix in sour cream and heat through.
  7. Return the meatballs to the skillet and cook until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley, if using.
