Jumbo Oatmeal-peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars in another bowl until light and fluffy – using electric mixer at medium speed.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time to creamed mixture; beat well after each addition.
  5. Blend in vanilla and milk.
  6. Gradually stir in dry ingredients, blending well.
  7. Stir in oats and raisins.
  8. Drop by tablespoon onto well greased baking sheets (about 2 apart).
  9. Bake in preheated 350* oven for 15 minutes, or till light golden brown.
