Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (soft )
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Mix together the flower and baking soda in a small bowl. set aside.
  2. Either leave the butter out to soften or microwave for 50 seconds. add peanut butter and mix until smooth. add both sugars to the butter mixture.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla, milk, and finally the flour mixture to the butter and mix until combined. my dough seemed just a tad dry so i added maybe half a tablespoon more milk.
  4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in white sugar until coated. place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
  5. As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, gently press a hershey kiss into the center. allow them to cool (on the cookie sheet if you?d like).
