Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. butter
  • 2 tsps. vanilla
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup. sifted flour----all-purpose

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add vanilla, egg, and flour.
  3. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan immediately.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Yield: 2 dozen.
