  1. Place the apple in a blender and use the pestle until cucumber as the first liquid to form. Strain and return to the blender. Add sprouted grains, edible green leaves, vegetable and root chosen. Vary the vegetables whenever possible and use, preferably, the organic. Strain in a sieve cloth and drink right away.
