JUAKTC Chicken and New Potatoes (Jump Up and Kiss the Cook)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Wash chicken and potatoes and pat dry.
  3. Mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, Rosemary, Thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Loosen skin from meat and gently insert herb and garlic mixture in between skin and chicken.
  5. Mix coating mix together and paint outside of chicken with mixture.
  6. Place chicken pieces in a roasting pan.
  7. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Caraway seeds.
  8. Place potatoes and onions around chicken.
  9. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  10. Remove from oven and cover for 10-15 minutes.
  11. Get ready for your kiss!
