Jonathans Whole Grain Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 3 tbsp gluten flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 1//2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in bread machine
  2. Set for dough and start machine
  3. After it beeps, shape into loaf and put into greased loaf pan
  4. Rise in warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
  6. When done, get bread out of pan right away
  7. Put in towel and let cool.
  8. Cut into slices with bread knife when cooled
  9. Enjoy!
