Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put the dry ingredients in on bowl and stir with a whisk.
  2. Put wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk until smooth. Dump the wet ingredients into the dry ingedients and stir with a rubber spatula until the flour is moistened, but batter is still a bit lumpy. Scrape the batter into a greased 9 x 9 baking dish.
  3. Combine the ingredients for cinnamon swirl. Sprinkle it on top of the cake, and use a knife to swirl through the batter.
  4. Mush the streusel ingredients together with your fingers to make a paste. Drop raisin sized pieces of streusel all over the top of the batter.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and solid.
