Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Using whisk, mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Use above mixed dry ingredients in recipes calling for a box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix.
  3. If making corn muffins:.
  4. Preheat oven to 400-F.
  5. Stir in milk and egg. Stir until lumps are gone.
  6. Fill standard muffin cups half full.
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes or until muffin tops are slightly browned.
  8. Makes 6 muffins.
