Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 cup jam

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients except for jam.
  2. Make rounded tbsp on a baking sheet then top off with jam.
  3. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
