Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 cup jam

Directions:

  1. Mc together butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add flours and egg and stir in vanilla.
  3. Spread on cookie sheet and top with jam.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool.
