Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk oil,sugar, eggs and vanilla together very well.
  2. Stir in Self-Rising flour.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Slightly flatten dough.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
