Ingredients:

  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Combine the first three ingredients. Make well in the center. Beat eggs till foamy. Stir together eggs and butter...add to above ingredients. Fill muffin cups to 2/3 full. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
