Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingred in bowl.
  2. Make a well in center.
  3. Beat eggs till foamy, stir butter and vanilla in with eggs.
  4. Add to dry ingred.
  5. Stir just till moist place in greased muffin cups, 2/3 full.
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
