Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp onion flakes
  • 3 tbsp diced jalapenos (more or less , depending on taste)
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package onion soup mix
  • 1 sleeve low-fat ritz crackers, crushed to a breadcrumb consistency
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. If needed, place the cream cheese in a bowl and soften it in the microwave wtih 10-15 second increments.
  2. Combine: cream cheese, chili powder, cumin, onion flakes, and jalepeno.
  3. Add cream cheese mixture to the ground turkey and combine.
  4. Add: eggs, onion soup mix, cracker crumbs, and ketchup and mix to a uniform consistency.
  5. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done.
