Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine potatoes and warm water.
  2. Stir in honey and yeast.
  3. Let stand 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in one cup of flour.
  5. Blend in salt and oil.
  6. Beat in remaining flour to make a soft dough.
  7. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  8. Allow to rise one hour.
  9. Punch down and add flour if sticky.
  10. Rest 10 minutes.
  11. Roll dough into 12X15 rectangle.
  12. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  13. Poke holes in dough.
  14. Combine oil and garlic for topping.
  15. Brush over bread.
  16. Combine rest of ingredients.
  17. Sprinkle over dough.
  18. Let dough rise for 30 minutes.
  19. Bake at 450* for 15 minutes.
