Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, pumpkin and All-Bran. Add dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Stir in raisins.
  3. Spray a non-stick Bundt pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 50 min, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  4. Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
