Iron Skillet Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine in iron skillet.
  2. You can use a heavy sauce pot.
  3. That is what I use.
  4. Stir in cocoa, flour, sugar, salt to mixture.
  5. Add well-beaten egg yolks and milk.
  6. Cook on low heat; stirring with a whisk until thick.
  7. Add vanilla.
  8. Pour into 9 baked pie shell.
  9. Top with whipped cream.
  10. Store in the refrigerator.
