  1. Add dry ingredients to a coffee cup and combine with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Microwave on regular power for 2 minutes. Run a knife around the sides of the cake and turn out onto a plate. Cut in half and garnish with chocolate chips or powdered sugar.
