Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl combine the bisquick and 1/4 c sugar. Stir together the egg, yogurt and melted butter. Stir yogurt mixture into the bisquick and sugar mixture, mixing just till dough clings together.
  2. Knead the dough gently on a floured surgace for 8 to 10 times. Pat or roll the dough to form a 6 circle. Cut into wedges
  3. Sprinkle each wedge with sugar and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or till golden.
  4. Makes 10
  5. Be creative, add dried fruits, nuts to dough before baking. Pineapple yogurt with dried pineapple is yummy.
