Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar and eggs.
  2. Combine flour and baking soda. Add slowly to butter/sugar mixture. Mix well. Add maple flavoring and nuts until incorporated.
  3. Make two rolls on wax paper, about 2 inches wide and eight inches long. Roll up in the wax paper and refridgerate overnight.
  4. Slice (not too thick) and put on cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 -12 minutes.
