Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In pan, brown meat in olive oil
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent
  3. Stir in flour then remaining ingredients
  4. Mix thoroughly and put into buttered casserole dish
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2-2 hours.
  6. I've served with buttered noodles or rice.
