Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain the beans and rinse them until that water no longer bubbles.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, beans first and spices last.
  3. Turn on food processor or blender.
  4. Slowly add water until hummus reaches desired consistency.
  5. Pour into bowl and eat.
