Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 garlic clove
  • 1 (16 oz) can chickpeas
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Place garlic, and jalapeno in a food processor and blend until very smooth.
  2. Pour the chic peas, and salt in and blend again until smooth.
  3. Add the oil and lemon juice and blend until creamy smooth.
