Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chick peas
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp water
  • 4 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Soak and cook chick peas
  2. Mash chick peas
  3. Mix chick pea mash with all other ingredients
