Ingredients:

  • 28 oz chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor. mix until smooth, use juice from chickpeas if too thick.
