simple hummus
Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can garbanzo beans, liquid reserved
1/4 cup tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper
Directions:

drain liquid from beans and reserve.
2.
blend all ingredients with 1/4 c liquid.
3.
add more liquid and seasonings to taste.
