Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a chaffing dish.
  2. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until mushrooms are tender (about 30 minutes).
  4. Fold in sour cream.
  5. Serve on melba toast.
