  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water and oil in the Bowl Of an electric mixer. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate Chips. Grease the crock of a slow cooker. Pour in batter. Cover and cook on Low 6 To 7 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours or until a toothpick inserted near the Center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  2. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
