Ingredients:

  1. Cut off the ends of your green beans please.
  2. Heat butter and garlic on medium-high heat in a frying pan.
  3. Add green beans salt and pepper
  4. Toss together for a sec
  5. Add a couple splashes of lemon juice and Sambal Olek/Viet hot sauce to your taste.
  6. Fry untill almost cooked through. They're best when they're still a little crunchy.
