Horseradish and Lemon New Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat water to boiling in large saucepan.
  2. Add whole potatoes and cook until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine horseradish, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. When potatoes are done, drain.
  6. Cut in half.
  7. Melt butter over medium high heat in same saucepan used to cook potatoes.
  8. Add horseradish mixture, stirring well to combine and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring.
  9. Add potatoes, gently mix until coated.
  10. Serve warm.
