Honey Garlic Porkchops

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions:

  1. Brown pork chops on both sides
  2. Cook over med heat 10-12 minutes
  3. In a bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic.
  4. Remove chops and keep warm
  5. Add honey mixture to the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes
  6. Pour over chops
