  1. Wash chicken breast and pat dry. Melt butter in baking dish then mix the remaining ingredients in baking dish. Roll chicken in mixture in baking dish then place skin side up. Bake at 325% in preheated oven for approx. 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I turn chicken each half hour.
