Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk half and half, buttermilk and honey together in glass bowl.
  2. Let stand uncovered in warm place at least 6 hours but preferably overnight.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Heat large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Add plums and sugar then stir until sugar dissolves about 8 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon over plums then spoon into bowl and pour honey cream over top.
