Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 8 oz. package. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl,lightly mix together flour and brown sugar. Cut the butter into the mixture and work by rubbing it thru your fingers till crumbly . Mix in the nuts. Press into a lightly greased 8 square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins till lightly browned
  2. While crust bakes,in med. bowl,beat cream cheese,honey egg,lemon juice and vanilla till smooth. Remove crust from oven. Spoon cream cheese filling over crusr. Spread the jam over the top and swirl lightly with the back of a spon to create swirl pattern. Bake 350 for 25 mins. Cool before cutting.
