Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together till smooth.
  2. Heat frying pan greased with oil.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter in pan, rotate pan, remove when cooked.
