Homemade Starbucks Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp splenda (sugar can be used)
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 2-3 oz steamed milk
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream optional

Directions:

  1. Warm coffee cup. Combine cocoa powder and splenda in cup. Add warm water and stir to make a syrup. Water amount may vary.
  2. Place cold milk in frothing jug and steam milk.
  3. Make 2 ounces of espresso. Have the espresso pour directly in coffee cup with syrup.
  4. Top with steamed milk.
  5. Add whipped topping if desired.
  6. Enjoy!
