Homemade M&M Cookie Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cup m & 's
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt into a medium sixed mixing bowl.
  3. (Set bowl aside)
  4. Soften butter by putting it into the microwave for at least 20 seconds.
  5. Whisk the butter until fluffy, then add sugar and brown sugar to the butter.
  6. Then add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  7. While stirring the mixture, slowly add the flour mixture.
  8. When all the ingredients are mixed together, add the M&M's.
  9. Get 2 non-stick pans and scoop the cookie dough with an ice cream scooper.
  10. Spread the cookie dough balls two inches apart from each other.
  11. When that is all done put the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes.
  12. Get cookies out of the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
  13. When all the cookies are cooled get whatever kind of ice cream you would like and put them in the middle of two different cookies.
  14. AND WALAA!! YOU MAY EAT AND ENJOY!
