Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 6 drops cedarwood essential oils
  • 1 drop orange essential oil

Directions:

  1. Put rice in a bowl.
  2. Add the essential oil.
  3. Mix,using a spoon for 30 seconds.
  4. Use old nylon stockings to stuff this in.
  5. To do so, just cut a strip from one leg.
  6. Then, stuff the rice in the center and tie up both the ends with ribbon or yarn.
  7. Enjoy!
