Ingredients:

  1. In a food processor, mix together the flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter and mix until coarse.
  2. Add the honey, molasses, water, and vanilla. Mix together until dough starts to form a ball. Place dough on a piece of parchment paper that has been lightly floured.
  3. Roll dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Place the dough onto a large bakind sheet by sliding it over using the parchment paper. Chill for about 45 minutes.
  4. Cut dough into 2 inch squares, and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Poke holes 2-3 times in each cracker.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 14-15 minutes.
