Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare a paste of the chopped banana and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Spread this on the damaged hair.
  3. Leave it on for 1 hour.
  4. Shampoo it off.
  5. This can be done with or without oiling your hair first.
  6. In case you want to use this when you have oil on your hair, allow the oil to remain on your hair for 1 hour and then apply this creamy paste for best results.
