Homemade Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal With Brown Sugar

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil water & milk together in a pot or saucepan.
  2. Stir in oats until thickened.
  3. Stir in cinnamon, applesauce, apples & brown sugar. Allow to cook a further few minutes until apples soften.
  4. When prepared, put oatmeal in bowls.
  5. This will make 4-5 servings.
  6. If you don't want to use brown sugar, try maple syrup, maple sugar or grated apple.
  7. You can substitute soy or rice milk for the dairy milk if desired.
