Directions:

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat
  2. Brown turkey, onion, and garlic heat, stirring frequently and breaking up meat (5-7 minutes)
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, mushrooms, and zuccini
  4. Simmer 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend
  5. Serve over spaghetti
