Tomato, Wine and Feta Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and butter, add onion and garlic and saute until soft.
  2. Add the tomatoes, wine and herbs and simmer until thick.
  3. If you?re making the shrimp dish, add 2 pounds of shelled shrimp to the sauce before adding the feta cheese and cook 5-6 minutes only until pink and firm.
  4. Add feta and heat through.
  5. Serve over chicken, fish or pasta cooked while the sauce thickens.
